2. Click on Register
In order for you to start listing properties on the platform you have to register as an agent or home owner
3. The sign up pop-up will be displayed
From here you can easily fill the form and Register
4. Enter your first name
5. Enter your last name
6. Enter your preferred username
7. Enter your Email Address
Enter your email address to get alert if any tenant is interested on your listings
8. Enter your phone number
To receive calls from interested Tenants
9. Enter your password
10. Choose account type
From here you can choose the account that suits you.
- Agent: For Real estate agents who have Accommodation available around University Areas
- Landlord: For homeowners who have Accommodation available around University Areas
- Tenant: For Students and Accommodation seekers who are looking to find accommodation around University areas
11. Check I agree with your Terms & Conditions & Register
Once you click on register your account will be created, you can now login.
12. Click on Login
13. Enter your username
The Username you created when registering.
14. Enter your password
15. Click on Login
To login into the platform
16. You are Logged in
After you login you will be redirected to the homepage, where you will Notice that the register/Login button has been removed.
17. Click on Create a Listing
18. Enter the name of the accommodation
Eg. Cool Lodge at hilltop
19. Enter Description of the place
Eg. A cool beautiful lodge with good water supply and steady electricity.
20. Click on Select Under the Type
This is to choose the Type of Accommodation you are
21. Choose property type
You have to select the type of property you are offering which include:
- Apartment: Choose apartment for Available apartments or Flats.
- Lodge: Choose Lodge for Available Self Contain or Single rooms.
- Office Space: Choose Office space for Available Commercial Building for office.
- Shop Space: Choose Shop for Available shop space for both shops and Containers.

To Choose the Status of the Accommodation
23. Choose whether For Rent or For Sale
- For Rent: Choose for Rent if the Accommodation is for Rent.
- For Sale: Choose for Sale if the Accommodation is for sale.
24. Click on Select Under Label
This is to help Entice Home seekers/ Customers to get details of your listing.
25. Choose one of them or All of them
Note: if your listing is new choose new, if your accommodation has ongoing discount you can choose hot offer.
26. After completing the First Section, Head over to the Price Section
27. Enter Sale or Rent Price *
This is the Amount of money the Tenant/Buyer will pay.
NB: you can also add the After Price that is the Subsequent payment
28. Click on Next
After Adding the Price for the Accommodation.
29. Proceed to Image Upload Section
30. The next step is to Upload the image(s) of the Accommodation.
click on the button to upload the image(s) from your Device
N:B Please Upload a clear image of the Accommodation so customers can find it enticing.
31. The Upload Rate is measured in Percentage.
That means that once it reaches 100%
32. After your Upload is Successful, you will see the image below the upload section
33. Moving over to the Video Section (optional)
If you have the video of the place you can upload it on youtube, and share the link. Or Send it to Our Support team to help you host it.
34. Click on Next
35. Moving to the Details section.
From here you can add the details of the Accommodation.
e.g how many bedroom (if applicable)
36. Enter how many rooms in the Accommodation.
eg. Sitting room + Bathroom + bedroom = 3 rooms
Or
Bathroom + Bedroom 2 rooms
37. Enter how many bathrooms (if applicable)
38. You can also Add additional details such as Properties available in the Accommodation
Eg. Cooking gas Cylinder as title and 15,000 as the value.
Skip if the Accommodation has no valuable property.
39. Click on Next
40. The Features section
You have to check all the features available on the Accommodation this will help the tenant to easily sort for the features they want.
N:B If there is a feature on the accommodation not available on the page let us know on the contact field (will get to that very soon).
41. Click on Next
42. Enter the Address
Enter the Address: You can simply Enter the name of the Particular Area
eg. Hilltop, UNN. College Rd, UNEC.
State/county: You can simply Enter the name of the State
eg. Enugu state, Lagos State.
Area: You can simply Enter the name of the School your accommodation is based.
eg. UNN, UNIZIK etc.
Zip code (optional): You can Skip this step if you do not know the Zip-code of the accommodation.
43. Map Section (optional)
From here you can Easily display where the Accommodation is located on the map, by Inserting the Longitude and Latitude points.
44. Click on Next
45. Click on Submit Property
To Submit your Listing, Which will be reviewed before it becomes Live on the website.
46. Confirmation message
You will see that your Accommodation have been submitted successfully.
47. Edit your work.
You can edit the information you listed incase of any Error by going through the sections.
48. View Property
You can also view the Property to see how it will look on the website when published.
N:B you can view it to make corrections on your listing
